Breath of the Wild has been nominated for six awards, including the highly coveted Game of the Year Award. Its tale wasn't overt throughout much of the game's runtime, but for me, that was its charm.
We also know that the DLC will still allow you to play as Link even though Zelda and the champions will be the primary focus of the narrative. There was also a lot of footage playing as Link, while the story will show us more of all the heroes (including Zelda) prior to the world-changing events on Hyrule.
Called The Champion's Ballad, the DLC is being released today on Switch and Wii U, which is nice.
Champions' Ballad will expand the story of the four champions in Breath of the Wild - Revali, Mipha, Daruk, and Urbosa.
Fans have been waiting for the Champions Ballad DLC pack to come out for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, following the previously released pack for the game. Onstage, Aonuma compared the Master Cycle to Link's own "Divine Beast" since he is the only Champion not to actually get one.
