Lindsay Lohan wants a 'Mean Girls' sequel with original cast

A TMZ cameraman caught up to Lohan in New York City earlier this week and told her that she was missed in the Sates, then asked the actress if she had "any plans to move back". "Mean Girls 2 the movie-this is the importance", Lohan reportedly said. "We had so much fun making it. Mark Waters is such a great director, Tina Fey is an awesome writer, Paramount was great to work with", Lohan told E!

Palmer also asked Lohan what she thought when Tina Fey said she wanted to "adopt" her. Lindsay wasted no time before shooting back: 'I love Tina Fey so come on adopt me, you can do it in the movie!'

Tina Fey, the film's writer and producer, chose to adapt her iconic movie for the stage.

Fey is now wrapped up in the D.C. production of her "Mean Girls" musical, which opened at the National Theater in October.
