Given that Bayonetta 2 never jumped from the Wii U, it's likely the game will remain a sole exclusive on Nintendo Switch.

Answering the collective prayers of a million action gamers, Nintendo has announced it is once again partnering with Platinum Games for a third Bayonetta game.

Bayonetta 3 teaser trailer didn't reveal any major details aside from a logo reveal, which you can see in the video below.

They didn't show much, but clearly there will be a lot of bullets flying, either in slow motion or in bullet hell style.

Bayonetta 3 is a huge announcement with no one predicting this announcement to be made. Fans will certainly be excited, and hopefully the larger and more popular console will help the series reach the sales heights it has always deserved. Both are critically acclaimed titles from Platinum Games. The Bayonetta Non-Stop Climax Edition will come with a steelbook case, art cards, and other goods for Nintendo Switch.
