But we think we like this one the best: Because both Meghan and Harry are insane about bananas, they are going to have a banana wedding cake served at their reception. ET spoke with former royal chef Darren McGrady on Monday, who shared his predictions on what type of cake the two will choose for their royal wedding.
People reports that this choice of cake would be a significant departure from tradition. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had a "confectionery masterpiece covered in cream and white icing and decorated with up to 900 delicate sugar-paste flowers", which was made of fruit cake (from which a piece is saved and eaten on the first anniversary of the marriage-delicious!).
As well as acting as a symbol for their affection, Prince Harry is said to love "anything with banana".
Kensington Palace has yet to comment on the cake flavor, though in an earlier statement about the wedding, they did say, "This wedding, like all weddings, will be a moment of fun and joy that will reflect the characters of the Bride and Groom".
Before the special date, Markle plans to become a British citizen.
They're not the only Cambridges rumored for supporting nuptial roles: many think Prince William will possibly be Harry's best man (or in royal speak, "supporter") on his big day, seven years after Harry was his.
