HTC's flagship device U11 was released back in June this year for a price tag of INR 51,990. Moving to the optics front, the flagship phone by HTC comes loaded with a 12-megapixel rear camera which is further coupled with features like - 4K recording, auto focus, HDR photo, LED Flash and face detection.
At the time, the HTC U11 was only available in three color variants of Amazing Silver, Brilliant Black and Sapphire Blue. Given that this color variant has turned out to be the most unbelievable option there is, many people who had already bought the phone in different finishes were left unhappy at how HTC tricked them into buying the initial offerings knowing that a much better option will be coming up sooner than later. The key highlight of the smartphone is its Edge Sense feature and its squeeze functionality.
HTC has included a microSD slot with the U11, but some folks might prefer getting more built-in storage so they don't have to deal with microSD cards at all.
HTC U11 runs on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and has HTC's proprietary Sense 9.0 skin on top. For selfies, it comes with a 16 Megapixel Front camera with Full HD Video recording. Connectivity options for the HTC U11 include GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, USB 3.1 Type-C port, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz & 5GHz), NFC and support for 4G VoLTE. The HTC U11 is a IP67 certified smartphone, that means the device is water and dust resistance. The battery is rated to deliver up to 24.5 hours of talk time and lasts up to 14 days in standby mode.
