President Trump has a long history of threatening to file complaints and lawsuits and not following through.

Now, lawyer Marc Kasowitz is preparing to file an official complaint against Comey to the Justice Department's inspector general, according to CNN and NBC News.

The leaders of the House of Representatives intelligence committee said on Friday they've written to Mr Comey.
